7 resignations from Fenerbahçe board: Elections to be held at extraordinary general assembly for vacant seats
Fenerbahçe has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that the resignations of 7 board members, including Mahmut Nedim Uslu, have been accepted.
A notable change has taken place within the Fenerbahçe board of directors. The yellow-navy club announced that 7 board members, including Mahmut Nedim Uslu, have resigned from their positions of their own volition.
According to the statement made by the club to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the resignations of Ali Gürbüz, Erdem Sezer, İlker Alkun, Mahmut Nedim Uslu, Olcay Doğan, Ufuk Şansal, and Yavuz Selim Demir were accepted as of July 23, 2026.
The statement indicated that it has been decided to hold elections for the vacant board memberships at the Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on the same day.
It has been decided to accept the resignations of Mr. Ali Gürbüz, Mr. Erdem Sezer, Mr. İlker Alkun, Mr. Mahmut Nedim Uslu, Mr. Olcay Doğan, Mr. Ufuk Şansal, and Mr. Yavuz Selim Demir, who were serving as members of the Board of Directors in our company, as of 23.07.2026, and to hold elections for the vacant memberships at the extraordinary general assembly to be held on 23.07.2026 (today).
