The TFF Legal Consultancy has announced the teams referred to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board. Accordingly, the disciplinary reports following the matches played in the 30th week of the Süper Lig are as follows:

- Adana Demirspor Club official Ferdi Eryılmaz has been referred to the PFDK with a precautionary measure effective from 08.04.2025, in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, due to "insulting" behavior during the Adana Demirspor - Kayserispor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 04.04.2025.

- Kayserispor Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "ugly and bad chanting" during the Adana Demirspor - Kayserispor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 04.04.2025,

- Kayserispor Club player Onurcan Piri has been referred to the PFDK with a precautionary measure effective from 08.04.2025, in accordance with Article 41 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, due to "insulting" behavior in the same match,

- Kayserispor Club player Gökhan Sazdağı has been referred to the PFDK with a precautionary measure effective from 05.04.2025, in accordance with Article 43 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions, due to "illegal conduct" in the same match.

- Çaykur Rizespor Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "ugly and bad chanting" during the Çaykur Rizespor - Sivasspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 05.04.2025.

- Sivasspor Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "ugly and bad chanting" during the Çaykur Rizespor - Sivasspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 05.04.2025.

- Corendon Alanyaspor Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions and Article 6/14 of the 2024-2025 Season Süper Lig Match Regulations, due to "conduct contrary to instructions" during the Corendon Alanyaspor - Bodrum FK Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 06.04.2025.

- Fenerbahçe Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "ugly and bad chanting," and in accordance with Article 46 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions and Article 22/1 of the Sports Equipment Instructions due to "conduct contrary to instructions" during the Fenerbahçe - Trabzonspor Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 06.04.2025.

- Trabzonspor Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 38 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football," following the sharing of statements by Board Member Taner Fikret Saral on the club's social media (X) account on 04.04.2025,

- Kasımpaşa Club has been referred to the PFDK in accordance with Article 53 of the Football Disciplinary Instructions due to "ugly and bad chanting" during the Kasımpaşa - Beşiktaş Trendyol Süper Lig Şamil Ekinci Season match played on 07.04.2025.
