Trezeguet was one of the few players who stood out last season, which was a disappointment following the championship... The Egyptian star, who appeared in a total of 41 matches across 3 competitions, delivered an attacking performance of 13 goals and 10 assists, but has been missing in action this year.
Trezeguet, whom Nenad Bjelica started in the first 11 in 3 matches, has yet to score a goal. The 29-year-old winger, who could not play in last week's Alanyaspor match due to an injury, wants to return to his old form with Abdullah Avcı.
It is highly likely that Trezeguet, whose pain has subsided and who trained with the team yesterday, will start in the first 11 for tomorrow's Karagümrük match at the Olympic Stadium.
It has been learned that Abdullah Avcı does not intend to disrupt the winning squad and will only start with Trezeguet in place of Bardhi on the left side. In the absence of the injured Bakasetas behind the striker, Abdülkadir Ömür is expected to play again. Visca will play on the other wing.
