Abdurrahim Albayrak's reaction to Mourinho regarding Okan Buruk: 'Hey, just stop...'

The Galatasaray Sports Club Council Meeting was held yesterday (August 14) at the Özhan Canaydın Conference Hall.

Many prominent figures of the community, from Adnan Polat to Abdurrahim Albayrak, made statements at the Council Board.

Adnan Polat, who was appointed as the Chairman of the Tender Committee for the Florya project, expressed his support for the management, stating, "A team is being built from scratch, they have been champions for two years, and the management is under great attack, yet the Galatasaray community remains extremely silent. We do not have the right to do this; we must support our management to the end. Right now, perhaps there might be a work accident, the Beşiktaş accident happened, but Galatasaray continues on its path. We are with the president and the management to the end. On the other hand, Abdurrahim Albayrak, who served as an executive at Galatasaray for many years, also made striking statements.

Albayrak responded to Fenerbahçe manager Jose Mourinho's remarks regarding Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk with the following words:

"Look, they are criticizing our coach. No one is saying a word. Oh, he took two steps, he took three steps, he took four steps. Hey, just stop, you only arrived yesterday. If we remain in unity and solidarity, God willing, the 25th championship will come."

WHAT DID MOURINHO SAY ABOUT OKAN BURUK?

In his press conference before the Lille match, Jose Mourinho had said, "There is one thing I am sure of, and that is that Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk does not get a card when he enters 4 meters onto the pitch, but I get a card when I am further inside. Or, when a player punches an opponent in the face, the player might not get a card."
