Acun Ilıcalı makes a move for Trabzonspor player
A flash claim from the British press suggests that Hull City, owned by Acun Ilıcalı, is looking to sign John Lundstram, who is currently on loan at the club but remains under contract with Trabzonspor.
According to a report by the British outlet Sports Boom, Hull City, owned by Acun Ilıcalı, has set its sights on Trabzonspor's English defensive midfielder John Lundstram, who is currently on loan. It is claimed that Hull City was satisfied with Lundstram's performance prior to his injury and aims to sign him permanently once his contract expires.
English defensive midfielder John Lundstram, whom Trabzonspor sent to Hull City on loan, had been displaying a consistent performance for the Championship side before being sidelined for some time due to an injury sustained during the Sheffield United match 1.5 months ago.
It was stated that the English club intends to offer the 31-year-old player a 2-year contract at the end of the season. It is also alleged that Lundstram, who has a contract with Trabzonspor until 2027, wishes to remain in England and could potentially terminate his contract with the burgundy-blue club.
John Lundstram has scored 1 goal in 10 official matches he has played for Hull City this season.
