Samsun Metropolitan Municipality athlete Alperen Berber achieved great success at the U20 European Championships hosted by Serbia. Competing in the 82-kilogram Greco-Roman style category, the young athlete became the European Champion.

At the U20 European Wrestling Championships held in Serbia between July 1-7, national wrestler from Samsun, Alperen Berber, added a new one to his achievements.

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club's national athlete Alperen Berber defeated his opponents in the 82 kg Greco-Roman style category and won the gold medal.

Like Merih Demiral, Berber also showed his joy by making the grey wolf sign.
