Ali Koç speaks for the first time about those images with Erdoğan

Fenerbahçe Sports Club President Ali Koç was a guest on Uğur Dündar's program on Sözcü TV.

Making statements regarding the current agenda, Ali Koç spoke for the first time about the images in which his hands were in his pockets while standing next to AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, whom he encountered during his visit to Ali Sabancı and his wife Vuslat Doğan Sabancı, who had an accident in Greece.

"I WOULD NOT KNOWINGLY BE DISRESPECTFUL"

Stating that he would not do such a thing intentionally, Ali Koç used the following expressions:

"I made a mistake. We had such a friendly conversation while seeing off our President from the hospital. There is a momentary image of my hand in my pocket. We are people who have been educated and know how to show respect to the state. It was a completely momentary incident. I would not knowingly be disrespectful to both Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the president of this country."
