Ali Palabıyık's remarks on Galatasaray will spark debate: He explains how his refereeing career ended

Former referee Ali Palabıyık made remarks about Galatasaray that have become a hot topic. Ali Palabıyık stated that his refereeing career ended because he showed a red card to Galatasaray, and used the expression, "The fallout will land on a referee." 

Ali Palabıyık commented on the controversial positions of the Galatasaray-Konyaspor match on HT Spor.

On the other hand, Ali Palabıyık made striking remarks by stating that Galatasaray has not received a red card for a long time. Palabıyık's statements are as follows:

"Galatasaray is currently very much on edge. They haven't seen a red card for a long time, and because of this, their rival Fenerbahçe brings it up every week with a statement before or after the match. The fallout will land on a referee.

A non-existent red card... It will happen to the referee who gives it, just like it did to me. I say this because I was the last one to show one. I showed it, and my refereeing career ended. I don't know if my colleagues aren't showing them because of that now, but they should start showing the very obvious ones."
