Aliağa Petkimspor wins on the road

In the 4th week of the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League, Aliağa Petkimspor defeated Reeder Samsunspor 81-67 on the road.

The visiting team took a 5-0 lead in the first minute with consecutive baskets. Although Reeder Samsunspor tried to reduce the deficit, the visiting team, effective with outside shots, finished the first period with a 31-16 lead.

Maintaining its dominance in the second quarter, Aliağa Petkimspor extended the lead to 16 points by the 17th minute of the match. Not allowing the gap to close in the remaining time, the visiting team went into the locker room leading 44-31 with points from Zoriks and Thomas.

Starting the third quarter effectively, the home team managed to reduce the deficit to 9 points, but Aliağa Petkimspor finished the period leading 64-49 with baskets found from outside shots.

Entering the final period with a 15-point lead, Aliağa Petkimspor maintained its advantage and left the match with an 81-67 victory.
