Arbitration Board's decision on Al-Musrati!
The Turkish Football Federation Arbitration Board has announced that the 2-match suspension given to Beşiktaş's Al-Musrati has been upheld.
The Arbitration Board's decisions were announced on the TFF website.
It was stated that the 2-match suspension given to Al-Musrati, who received a red card in the Süper Lig match between Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe, has been upheld.
The statement included the following: "The appeal by Beşiktaş Futbol A.Ş. regarding its player Almoatasembellah Ali Mohammed Al Musrati against the PFDK decision dated 02.05.2024 and numbered E.2023-2024/1116 - K.2023-2024/1413 has been reviewed. As a result of the deliberation, it has been understood that there is no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty in the decision to punish Beşiktaş Futbol A.Ş. player Almoatasembellah Ali Mohammed Al Musrati with a 2-official match suspension in accordance with Article 43 of the FDT due to his serious foul against an opposing team player; therefore, it has been decided unanimously to reject the application and uphold the decision."
