The Arbitration Board reviewed the appeal filed by agent Batur Altıparmak against the decision of the Dispute Resolution Board (UÇK) concerning the dispute with national football player Enes Ünal.
According to the decision, it was stated that it was determined that Enes Ünal's termination was unfair, and as a result of the partial acceptance of Altıparmak's claim and a 25 percent equity reduction applied to the 200 thousand euro penalty clause receivable, it was decided that Enes Ünal shall pay 150 thousand euros to Batur Altıparmak.
