The appeal against the PFDK decision dated 23.05.2024 and numbered E.2023-2024/1213 - K.2023-2024/1530 regarding Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş., its President Ali Yıldırım Koç, administrator Selahattin Baki, players İrfan Can Eğribayat, Mert Hakan Yandaş, Jayden Quinn Oosterwolde, doctor Ertuğrul Karanlık, and official Emre Kartal has been reviewed. It was observed that Club attorneys Ali Topuz and Doğukan Şenol were present at the hearing held on Saturday, 25.05.2024, and their oral statements were taken. As a result of the deliberation;
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to fine Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. 620,000.00 TL in accordance with Article 53/2 of the FDT due to ugly and bad chants caused by its fans, and this being the 11th time this action occurred in a match where it was the guest club in the same season, and to block the electronic tickets of spectators in the Guest Stand blocks 418, 419, and 420 who engaged in ugly and bad chants, preventing their entry to the next match where the club is the guest, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to fine Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. 336,000.00 TL in accordance with Article 52/2 of the FDT due to field incidents caused by its fans and members; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to fine Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. 112,000.00 TL in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT due to non-compliance with instructions for failing to act in accordance with the timeline; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,

- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to fine Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. 250,000.00 TL in accordance with Article 9/2 of the Coaches' Status and Working Principles Instruction due to the assignment of Emre Kartal, who does not have a coaching license or a contract registered with the TFF, as an analysis coach in the match; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to fine Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. 600,000.00 TL in accordance with Article 36/1-d of the FDT due to unsportsmanlike conduct in the statements made by club administrators on the club's official social media account (YouTube) after the match; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to impose a 90-day ban from rights and a 780,000.00 TL fine on Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. President Ali Yıldırım Koç in accordance with Article 36/1-b and Article 11 of the FDT due to unsportsmanlike conduct in his statements on the club's official social media account (YouTube) after the match; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, by majority vote,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to impose a 32-day ban from rights and a 150,000.00 TL fine on Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. administrator Selahattin Baki in accordance with Article 36/1-b and Article 11 of the FDT due to unsportsmanlike conduct in his statements on the club's official social media account (YouTube) after the match; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, by majority vote,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to impose a 3-official-match ban and a 58,500.00 TL fine on Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. player İrfan Can Eğribayat in accordance with Articles 41/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT due to his insult towards opposing team members; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
- Regarding the 5-official-match ban and 39,000.00 TL fine imposed on Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. player Mert Hakan Yandaş in accordance with Articles 44/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT due to his assault on an opposing team member, the appeal was partially accepted; as a result of the application of Article 12 of the FDT, a 1/5 reduction was applied, resulting in a 4-official-match ban and a 31,200.00 TL fine, and the decision was corrected and upheld, unanimously regarding the proof and by majority vote regarding the determination and application of the penalty,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to impose a 1-official-match ban and a 39,000.00 TL fine on Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. player Jayden Quinn Oosterwolde in accordance with Articles 36/1-a and 35/4 of the FDT due to his unsportsmanlike conduct towards the opposing team's stands; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
- Regarding the 5-official-match ban and 39,000.00 TL fine imposed on Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. doctor Ertuğrul Karanlık in accordance with Articles 44/1-c and 35/4 of the FDT due to his assault on an opposing team member, the appeal was partially accepted; as a result of the application of Article 12 of the FDT, a 1/5 reduction was applied, resulting in a 4-official-match ban and a 31,200.00 TL fine, and the decision was corrected and upheld, unanimously regarding the proof and by majority vote regarding the determination and application of the penalty,
- It was understood that there was no inaccuracy in terms of proof, legal qualification, and determination of the penalty regarding the decision to impose a 1-year ban from rights and a 100,000.00 TL fine on Fenerbahçe Futbol A.Ş. official Emre Kartal in accordance with Article 9/2 of the Coaches' Status and Working Principles Instruction due to his assignment as an analysis coach in the match despite not having a coaching license or a contract registered with the TFF; therefore, the application was rejected and the decision was upheld, unanimously,
