The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board has upheld the 50,000 TL fine imposed on Fenerbahçe assistant coach Dirk Kuyt.
The board evaluated the appeals made by Fenerbahçe Club and Kuyt against the decisions of the Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK). Following the deliberation, it was stated that there was no legal error in the penalty given to Kuyt for failing to wear his accreditation card visibly around his neck.
In the Arbitration Board's decision, it was noted that the application regarding the 50,000 TL fine, issued in accordance with Article 46/1 of the FDT, was rejected and the decision was upheld unanimously.
The board also rejected the appeal made against the decision taken due to ugly and bad chants caused by Fenerbahçe fans. Accordingly, the decision to block the electronic tickets of the relevant spectators located in the North Tribune North D block and to prevent their entry to the next home match has also been upheld.
