Arbitration Board upholds penalties for Ali Koç and Ahmet Ketenci
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board has upheld the penalties imposed by the Professional Football Discipline Committee (PFDK) on Fenerbahçe Club President Ali Koç, Trabzonspor Club President Ertuğrul Doğan, and Fenerbahçe Club Board Member Ahmet Ketenci.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) stated in an announcement on its website that it was decided by majority vote to uphold the 39,000 lira fine imposed on Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç for unsportsmanlike conduct following his press conference on March 13, as well as the 400,000 lira fine imposed on the Yellow-Navy club.
It was stated that the Arbitration Board decided by unanimous vote to uphold the 39,000 lira fine imposed on Trabzonspor Club President Ertuğrul Doğan for unsportsmanlike conduct following his press conference on March 20, as well as the 400,000 lira fine imposed on the Burgundy-Blue club.
60-DAY BAN AND 520,000 TL FINE FOR AHMET KETENCİ
The board announced that it also unanimously upheld the 60-day ban and 520,000 lira fine imposed on Fenerbahçe Executive Ahmet Ketenci for unsportsmanlike conduct by withdrawing his team from the pitch during the Super Cup match played between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe in Şanlıurfa on April 7.
