Away fan ban for Beşiktaş in critical European match

It has been claimed that an away fan ban has been imposed on Beşiktaş supporters ahead of the match to be played on October 24.
According to a report in the French press by RMC Sport, there will be no Black and White supporters at the match at Groupama Stadium. A decree has been issued by the prefecture of the Rhone department for the Lyon vs. Beşiktaş match, which has been classified as very high risk by the National Division for the Fight Against Hooliganism in France.
The decree states that Beşiktaş supporters are prohibited from being in Lyon city center, at train stations, at airports, and at or around the stadium on match day.
THE INCIDENT-FILLED MATCH 7 YEARS AGO
Before the Lyon vs. Beşiktaş match played in the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals in the 2016-2017 season, incidents broke out between fans, and the match started with a 45-minute delay. UEFA had announced that both teams would be banned from European competitions for 1 year if similar incidents were repeated within 2 years.
