Aziz Yıldırım's harsh response to AKP's Trabzon candidate! 'This is a warning to FETÖ remnants and crypto members...'

The repercussions of the eventful Trabzonspor - Fenerbahçe match continue.

AKP Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality mayoral candidate Ahmet Metin Genç targeted Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş in his statement regarding the events that have dominated Turkey's agenda.

Referring to the July 3 process, Genç stated, "While Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe are still listed as match-fixing clubs on the UEFA website, they shamelessly attempt to play the 2011 Super Cup. Are you mocking our intelligence?"

A response to Genç's statements came from former Fenerbahçe president Aziz Yıldırım.

The following statements were made in the written declaration:

"Trabzon politicians, regardless of the name of the party they represent, mislead the masses that support them, cause social polarization, and create an environment of conflict. The targeted and explicit statements of these politicians, such as 'We know who has the 2010-2011 championship trophy' and 'The trophy will come to our museum when justice is served one day,' are clearly a big lie told to large masses. The application made to the TFF Board of Directors for the 2010-2011 championship trophy to be given to Trabzonspor was rejected first by the TFF Board of Directors and then by the TFF Arbitration Board.

"IT IS IMMORAL"

The application made to the ECHR against this decision was also rejected. The application made to UEFA on the same subject was rejected by UEFA, and subsequently by CAS and the Swiss Federal Tribunal. The application made to FIFA was rejected by FIFA, and subsequently by CAS and the Swiss Federal Tribunal. In this way, it has been finalized by the decisions of national and international organizations that regulate football, and by the decisions of CAS and the Swiss Federal Tribunal that rejected the legal appeals against these decisions, that the 2010-2011 champion is Fenerbahçe Sports Club. Searching for the 2010-2011 championship trophy somewhere or expecting it to be retrieved through legal channels is a waste of time. Whether to gain votes or for any other purpose, deceiving and manipulating the masses with these lies is immoral. The 2010-2011 championship trophy will be in our museum forever and is open for visitors.

Since there is no ordinary judicial remedy against the disciplinary decisions given by UEFA, which were upheld by CAS and the Swiss Federal Tribunal, and since the acquittal decisions given by national courts were finalized 11 years later, no application could be made. Those who keep this issue on their tongues know this impossibility very well. However, the truth that is persistently hidden from the public is that the disciplinary decisions taken by UEFA against Fenerbahçe Sports Club were based on the administrative decisions of the TFF. This fact is proven by the written evidence presented by UEFA during the judicial processes.

That is why Fenerbahçe Sports Club has filed a lawsuit against the TFF with the request for compensation for the financial consequences of the disciplinary decisions given by UEFA. With the decision to be made in this lawsuit, the injustice of the disciplinary practices based on TFF administrative decisions by UEFA will be revealed by a court ruling. Fenerbahçe's disciplinary punishment from UEFA was ensured by FETÖ-affiliated elements within the TFF administration of that period, and the Turkish Judiciary will make a decision regarding its institutional responsibility. In this respect, statements such as 'Fenerbahçe received a penalty from UEFA, CAS and the Swiss Federal Tribunal approved this decision. Fenerbahçe could not do anything against this decision' are hollow, completely speculative lies in the face of ongoing lawsuits.

None of the Fenerbahçe affiliates received a disciplinary penalty from UEFA regarding the alleged match-fixing accusations. The disciplinary penalties given by the TFF were lifted by the ECHR's Ekşioğlu & Mosturoğlu decision. As a result, no one from the Fenerbahçe affiliates received a disciplinary penalty regarding the process in question.

At the end of the so-called match-fixing process, all Fenerbahçe affiliates were acquitted twice in total, and the acquittal decisions were upheld by the Court of Cassation and finalized. The acquittal decisions of Fenerbahçe affiliates and the acquittal decisions of Trabzonspor affiliates who were tried during the process are based on the same article of the CMK (Criminal Procedure Code) and there is no difference between them. The only difference is that Trabzonspor affiliates were acquitted in exchange for 'himmet' (charity/donations) from a court dominated by the FETÖ terrorist organization (this fact is proven by court decisions). That the July 3 match-fixing process was a FETÖ plot is proven by the Reasoned Decision of the FETÖ Main Case, the Reasoned Decision of the Ergenekon Case, the Reasoned Court Decision given about the police officers who were the perpetrators of the plot, and the indictment prepared about the members of the judiciary who were the perpetrators of the plot. The binding nature of court decisions is a requirement of the relevant legal regulations, primarily the Constitution.

In light of these explanations, those who still hope for help from the court decision given in the so-called match-fixing case, which is proven by a court ruling to be a FETÖ plot, and those who ignore the decisions made by the republic's courts regarding Fenerbahçe and its affiliates, should know that they are praising FETÖ Terror Organization members and their actions, that is, they are praising crime and criminals. The path they are taking is not a right path, just like the one taken by those who went before them. The masses they lie to are not a herd herded by these politicians.

It should be known that the goal of FETÖ, which is a useful apparatus of foreign intelligence organizations, is to change the Constitutional Order in our country and make its own ideology dominant in the country's administration. The goal of the July 3 Plot, which is FETÖ's masterpiece, was to pit large segments of society against each other, cause conflict, and create irreparable fault lines in this way. Today, the goal of the remaining remnants of this organization and its 'colored' crypto members is similar. Unconscious statements made on this subject for the sake of sporting competition only carry water to FETÖ's mill. It is foolish to smear our community, which has suffered great material and moral damage from FETÖ and has been a flag-bearer and pioneer in the fight against FETÖ, through FETÖ.

Those who benefit from FETÖ and gain an advantage in sporting competition should remain silent with decorum and not force us to speak. The goal and ultimate target of those who use the events happening in Trabzon today to provoke conflict between the Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor communities, and who use similar provocative actions and statements, wagging their fingers and threatening large communities, are the same. We have given our answer to the attacks made against our community through the FETÖ plot to date in the courts through legal means. This is our warning to FETÖ remnants and crypto members: Our silence and quietness are aimed at protecting social peace and eliminating the effects of the destruction caused by the July 3 Plot on society. We have an answer to every claim made and every word spoken, and we will give the necessary answer in every situation we deem necessary. Those who dream that they can liquidate us and silence our voice in this way should know that we, who shouted in the Silivri Dungeon and defended our righteousness and our club at the cost of our lives, will never be silent on this matter.

The facts are there in an undeniable way. Facts that have not yet emerged also have a habit of emerging one day. Those who wag their fingers at Fenerbahçe through the match-fixing plot, which is FETÖ's masterpiece, should know that most of those who wagged their fingers at Fenerbahçe before them are living their lives today in prison wards where FETÖ members are held. Some are fugitives without a country.

Politicians who wag their fingers at Fenerbahçe, hope for help from the FETÖ plot, and cling to the match-fixing conspiracy should know that they have entered the same path as those who shed the nation's blood on July 15 and turned the weapons entrusted to them in the name of the nation against the nation, its representative the TBMM, and the President.
