Aziz Yıldırım on transfers: 'The names of both strikers are set'

 Aziz Yıldırım shared striking information about his transfer plans during his tour of the Grand Bazaar. Leaving fans curious, Yıldırım provided details regarding the names planned to be added to the squad and the process concerning his transfer strategy.

Aziz Yıldırım stated, “We are going to sign 2 strikers. The names of both strikers are set. Negotiations with them and their clubs are ongoing. We are working on it. In fact, I am going abroad. Their agents will meet with me abroad, and we will have the final talks with them. Hopefully, we will announce them before the election,” he said.

Emphasizing the team's needs, Yıldırım noted that star signings alone are not enough and conveyed his goals with these words: “We have brought in many star players, but they don't do anything on their own; we will build a team. What is the need? We will sign 2 goalscorers, we are saying this. After signing 2 goalscorers, we will complete the rest. We will make at most 5-6 transfers.”

Touching on the timing of the transfers, Yıldırım stated that the reinforcements will be shaped according to the names likely to leave or those planned to be sent away from the team. The experienced sports figure said, “After that, depending on those who leave from within, if there are those who want to go or those we want to send away, then we can look at other new players. The first goal is to resolve all of this by the start of the season on June 20.”
