As Fenerbahçe's ordinary financial general assembly continued, club president Aziz Yıldırım took the podium to make statements regarding the club's financial situation. Yıldırım evaluated the debt inherited from the previous term, revenues obtained from player transfers, transfer fee payments, agency agreements, and the club's future income.
Yıldırım criticized the use of funds obtained from the sale of certain players while sharing figures regarding the club's current financial structure. Also criticizing the previous administration regarding Fenerbahçe University, Yıldırım stated that he would not grant them discharge.
Stating that the team will be champions next season, Yıldırım also announced that he would step down from the presidency after the championship.

YILDIRIM: “I WILL EXPLAIN MANY LONG THINGS”
Aziz Yıldırım said the following regarding the scope of the speech he would make at the general assembly:
"I will explain many long things. Perhaps we are starting the most important financial congress in Fenerbahçe's history. Everyone will know everything. We won't learn it secretly, in the newspaper, on television, or from some YouTuber somewhere. We will learn it here. I will explain..."
“WE WILL MAKE THE TEAM CHAMPIONS”
Stating that the team was taken to the Champions League, Yıldırım expressed his goal for the championship next season. Yıldırım also made a statement regarding the date he would leave the presidency:
"We gave our word and took the team to the Champions League, now it's time for the championship. You will see, we will make this team champions this year. I will step down from the presidency after making them champions next year, know this! I will make them champions!"

CRITICISM OVER THE EN-NESYRI TRANSFER
Yıldırım directed criticism at the current administration regarding the En-Nesyri transfer and transfer fee payments:
“Let's come to Mr. Orhan and the story of Mr. Sadettin. You've spent the money. Orhan, don't defend it at all! En-Nesyri came for 8 million, Mr. Ali Koç bought En-Nesyri for 19 million 500 thousand euros. 6 million of the transfer fee has not been paid in 2.950 installments. The installment is coming in April, you are not paying it. We receive a letter from FIFA on June 15th. They are all documented. They bring them to us, 'We have to pay,' and we pay. I will explain how much money I paid, how much money came in. I will explain the UEFA correspondence. You don't pay, a penalty comes. One of them is new, I paid the first one, and we sent the second one on Sunday, it's not a problem. Look, I am paying the 6 million. You took the money and spent it. You took 8 million just like that. Be men and say we spent it. Look Orhan, I don't intend to, but you are ruining my intentions. We will change our ablution.”
SİDİKİ CHERİF TRANSFER
Speaking about the sale of Sidiki Cherif, Yıldırım thanked Hasan Çetinkaya, Cihan Kamer, and Oğuz Çetin for the transfer process. Stating that the player was sold for 25 million euros, Yıldırım said that there are ongoing payments related to the transfer fee in addition to training compensation and commission payments.
Yıldırım stated that a regulation will be introduced in the future to limit the use of revenues obtained from player sales for transfer fee expenditures:
"We sold Sidiki Cherif, yes we did. I thank Hasan Çetinkaya, Cihan Kamer, and Oğuz Çetin. They didn't just come and take the player saying 'This is a footballer.' We sold him for 25 million euros through someone Hasan knows. He can't even play where he went. It's not that you sold him because he was a great player. 5 percent went as training compensation. We are giving a 10 percent commission. There is another 16 million euros in transfer fees to be paid while receiving the remaining money. It could also be 18. Is it 18? It's 18. I also tied up that incoming money 1 week or 10 days ago. I will hold a charter congress in January or February. There, I will say that assets cannot be sold and spent on transfer fees, I will have a clause added that it will be problematic. In other words, we won't spend it."

REVENUES TO BE LEFT TO THE NEXT ADMINISTRATION
Yıldırım also made evaluations regarding the club's future revenues from luxury boxes, VIP, and season tickets, as well as the money to come from Ataşehir:
"You say we left this much money, after I pass to next year, to January, I won't sell any luxury boxes, I won't sell VIP or season tickets, I won't sell anything. Whoever comes in '27 will be the owner. You say we left 100 million from Ataşehir, 90-95 will come. There is not 1 lira of money coming there until March or April. Tell us from here! You are bluffing with 100 million. Money cannot come from there until April or May, unless Mr. Özgür does something from his own share. Come out and say it! 100 million will remain for the administration after me, I won't let it be used."
STATEMENT REGARDING THE SALE OF YUSUF AKÇİÇEK
Stating that Yusuf Akçiçek was sold for 25 million 700 thousand euros, Yıldırım said that a portion of the revenue obtained was collected early and that a deduction was made due to this transaction:
"You sold a player named Yusuf (Akçiçek) for 25 million 700. 13 million of this was taken in cash, you had 12 million discounted. 1 million 100 thousand euros went due to the discounting. Did you spend it or what did you do? What debt! Look, be brave and courageous."
REACTION TO THE 2018 DEBT FIGURE
Yıldırım also reacted to the evaluations made regarding the debt figure for 2018:
"You are writing 612 million euros of debt for Aziz Yıldırım in 2018. It's a shame! Did you inherit it from me? Let Mr. Ali Koç come and say it, why are you saying it!"
SZYMANSKİ AND EN-NESYRİ REVENUES
Sharing the figures regarding the sale of Szymanski, Yıldırım stated that a portion of the revenue obtained from the transfer was collected early. He said that the payments to come from the En-Nesyri transfer would be received in installments:
"You sold Szymanski for 10 million, you took 4 million 300 in cash, you had 5.700 discounted, you spent it. The money coming from En-Nesyri is 8.5, two installments will come, one in September, one next year."

“YOU HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING”
Yıldırım continued his criticism of the current administration regarding the revenues the club obtained from different sources and the capital increase:
"Let Orhan speak, Orhan is nonsense. You took 20 million from Chobani, 10 million of it is for this year. 10 million minus. You took 141 million euros and spent it. When you arrived, Mr. Ali and his team left 24 million euros in the bank. You left us 7 million. You closed the Banks Association debt with 75-76 million from the capital increase. You haven't done anything."
3 MILLION EURO PAYMENT REGARDING KANTE'S AGENT
Stating that Kante's agent demanded 3 million euros from the club, Yıldırım said that there is a contract regarding this payment. Yıldırım stated that the agreement in question stipulated that payment would be made if Çağlar Söyüncü's contract was terminated:
“We received the certificate of election on June 10th. Kante's agent is constantly calling our people, accounting, etc. I have a 3 million extra receivable, pay this. We paid his other money. We said there is no agreement in our possession for 3 million to be paid. The man sent the agreement. Two friends among you are making a contract with Kante. You declare that if we terminate Çağlar's contract, you will pay the agent 3 million euros, and you terminate the contract at the beginning of July. I am in office, right? We are not signing it, you are signing it. You will handle this. If it's court, then court. You will pay it.”

"I WORKED FOR 10 YEARS FOR THE UNIVERSITY"
Explaining the work he carried out in the past regarding the establishment process of Fenerbahçe University, Yıldırım made criticisms about the current situation. Arguing that the university has gone out of the club's control, Yıldırım announced that he would not grant discharge to the previous administration:
"I worked for 10 years for the university. At the beginning of 2018, I went to Ankara, we got permission and opened the university. We rented the building with Mr. Vefa Küçük and Mr. Recep. Then, after we left, they didn't do it, they rented it out. There is no problem, but the trouble is this; the university is no longer Fenerbahçe's. You committed a crime, you extended it for another 10 years. There is a seizure of Fenerbahçe's property. Where we are, no one can seize anyone's property. I will not grant discharge to the previous administration, be aware of that. Come and explain it here. I don't have any concern like being president. I am here for the children. My daughter Yaz entered and left the delivery room with the Fenerbahçe anthem."
