Aziz Yıldırım's testimony in complaint filed by Acun Ilıcalı revealed

The feud that began between Aziz Yıldırım and Acun Ilıcalı during the process leading up to the Fenerbahçe Sports Club presidential election in June has been taken to court.

Yıldırım alleged that Acun Ilıcalı, who was on Ali Koç's management list, was an 'Adnan Oktar supporter.'

Following Ilıcalı's complaint, the testimony given by Aziz Yıldırım at the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan has been revealed.

"BASED ON OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS"

According to the report by Aytunç Erkin from Sözcü, Yıldırım said in his testimony, ''My words regarding Adnan Oktar are based on the state's official documents and information.''

Aziz Yıldırım stated in his testimony, "The statements I made that are the subject of the complaint are based on the official documents of our state," and added that he was referring to the indictment of the Adnan Oktar Armed Criminal Organization prepared by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in 2016, as well as the summary of proceedings and evidence in the public case filed with the Istanbul 30th High Criminal Court based on that indictment.

"WHY WAS NO ACTION TAKEN?"

In his petition, where he provided examples from the indictment, Yıldırım sought an answer to the following question:

"Despite concrete evidence and statements against him, why was no action taken against Acun Ilıcalı as a suspect within the scope of the investigation in question?"
