Basketball Super League champion Fenerbahçe Beko receives its trophy
Fenerbahçe Beko, the champion of the 2025-2026 season in the Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League, received its trophy in a ceremony.
The Fenerbahçe Men's Basketball Team defeated Beşiktaş 77-75 in the 4th game of the final series, winning the series 3-1 and clinching the championship.
A trophy ceremony was held following the match played at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall.
In the ceremony, the runner-up award was presented to Beşiktaş first. The runner-up plaque was presented to the captain of the black-and-white team, Yiğit Arslan, by Tolga Egemen, a member of the Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) Board of Directors. Afterward, the Fenerbahçe players and technical staff came to the platform and were presented with their medals.
Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) President Hidayet Türkoğlu presented the championship trophy to captain Melih Mahmutoğlu. Melih made a gesture and lifted the trophy into the air together with Nando De Colo. The yellow-and-navy basketball players experienced great joy.
MVP award goes to Baldwin
Wade Baldwin of Fenerbahçe Beko was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the play-off final series. Baldwin averaged 15.25 points in the 4 games played in the final series and played a significant role in the championship.
