In the statement made by Beşiktaş, "Negotiations have begun with the player and his club, Atalanta Bergamo, regarding the temporary transfer of professional footballer El Bilal Touré with a conditional purchase option." it was stated.
El Bilal Touré, who played on loan at Stuttgart last season, scored 3 goals and provided 1 assist in 17 matches.
