Beşiktaş has provided an update on the health status of Orkun Kökçü, who was injured during the UEFA Europa League match against Hoffenheim.
According to the statement from the black-and-white club, the national footballer, who could not continue the game due to a traumatic injury to the sole of his foot in the first half, underwent medical checks upon returning to Istanbul.
As a result of the MRI scan performed at Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital, a partial plantar fascia tear and traumatic separation of the heel fat pad were detected in the sole of Orkun Kökçü's right foot.
