Beşiktaş closes European journey with a victory

In the final match of the UEFA Conference League Group D, Rıza Çalımbay's Beşiktaş visited Mattia Croci-Torti's Lugano away from home.

Beşiktaş won the match played at Letzigrund Stadium 2-0, with the winning goals coming from Cenk Tosun in the 36th minute and Emrecan Terzi in the 88th minute.

Entering the match with no remaining qualification hopes, Beşiktaş reached 4 points with this result and finished the group in last place. Lugano, also remaining at 4 points, finished the group in third place due to a superior goal difference.

Following the completion of the group matches, both teams bid farewell to European competitions.
