In the 35th week of the Süper Lig, Beşiktaş hosted Adana Demirspor at Tüpraş Stadium. The Black and Whites won the match played in front of their home fans 4-1.
GOALS CAME ONE AFTER ANOTHER
The goals that brought victory to Beşiktaş came from Rafa Silva in the 29th minute, Milot Rashica in the 44th minute, Ciro Immobile in the 62nd minute, and Joao Mario in the 83rd minute. Adana Demirspor's only goal came from Arda Okan Kurtulan in the final moments of the first half, in the 45+8th minute.
RAFA SILVA'S GOAL DISALLOWED
Although Rafa Silva found the net once more in the 44th minute, this goal was disallowed following a VAR review due to offside. While Beşiktaş fans celebrated briefly, the goal scored by Rashica immediately afterward sent the team to the locker room with high morale.
INJURIES MARKED THE MATCH
Injuries suffered by both teams complicated the plans of the coaching staffs. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Felix Udokhai for Beşiktaş, and Ali Yavuz Kol for Adana Demirspor, were forced to leave the game due to injuries.
With this result, Beşiktaş increased its points to 58, surpassing Samsunspor to take 3rd place. Adana Demirspor, which is competing with minus 2 points and has already been relegated, remained at the bottom of the league.
