Beşiktaş eliminates Danish side Midtjylland
In the second leg of the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round, Beşiktaş defeated Midtjylland 2-0, following their 1-0 victory in the first leg, to advance to the next round.
The black-and-white team's opponent in the next round will be the Czech side FC Hradec Kralove.
Martin Erlic of the Danish team was sent off in the 53rd minute after receiving a second yellow card.

Başakşehir's European adventure ended early
Black-and-white fans living in Denmark and neighboring countries did not leave Beşiktaş alone during the second qualifying round match played against Midtjylland.

The enthusiasm grew even further as the black-and-white fans, who created colorful scenes in the city of Herning throughout the day, arrived at the MCH Arena. The fans, who showed great interest in the match, supported their team with chants before the game.
