Buoyed by its victory against Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş aims to take a significant step toward qualifying for the Europa League and the Super Cup. The black-and-white team will host Adana Demirspor at Vodafone Park at 19:00.
Despite being relegated weeks ago, Adana Demirspor drew attention with its 2-1 victory against Beşiktaş in the first half of the season. Last season, Beşiktaş was defeated 4-2 in Adana and played to a goalless draw on its home turf.
The high number of injured and suspended players at Beşiktaş is notable. Zaynutdinov, Elan Ricardo, Emirhan Topçu, Salih Uçan, and Ernest Muçi will be unable to play due to injuries. Additionally, Mert Günok will not be in the squad as he is suspended due to a yellow card. Ersin, Immobile, Semih, and Emirhan, who is still undergoing treatment, are on the verge of suspension. This situation may cause difficulties for the head coach in selecting the squad.
Beşiktaş aims to win this challenging match to move one step closer to its goal of finishing third in the league.
