Beşiktaş looks to sign Jonas Wind to replace Immobile

Beşiktaş has quickly begun its efforts alongside Eduard Graf, who was appointed as the Director of Football Technique and Scouting, and his team.

Having previously initiated talks with M’Gladbach’s 27-year-old midfielder Florian Neuhaus and Dortmund’s 18-year-old left winger Julien Dudarville under Graf’s leadership, the Black Eagles have now taken action for a striker transfer.

PARTING WAYS WITH IMMOBILE

The club will part ways with Ciro Immobile, who has an annual cost of 10 million Euros and has not fully met expectations. Appearing in 31 official matches for Beşiktaş this season, Immobile has recorded a performance of 14 goals and 3 assists.

According to a report by Fanatik, Beşiktaş plans to add Danish center-forward Jonas Wind to its squad for next season to replace Immobile.

The 1.90-meter-tall striker, who has played 26 matches for Bundesliga side Wolfsburg this season with 10 goals and 4 assists, draws attention with his effectiveness in aerial duels and his quality in finishing.

CONTRACT UNTIL 2026

The 26-year-old striker, who has been playing for the Green and Whites for the last 3 years, has a contract with his club that runs until 2026.
