Aiming to be in the championship race in the new season, Beşiktaş has begun its transfer efforts. Planning to part ways with its Italian striker Immobile, Beşiktaş has already identified its new goalscorer.
Remaining far from the championship race in the Süper Lig since 2021, Beşiktaş aims to build an ambitious squad by adding star names during the summer transfer window.
Beşiktaş, which is considered certain to bid farewell to Immobile, has set its sights on France. Aiming to add a 53 million euro goal machine to its squad, Beşiktaş aims to achieve a first in transfers after a 24-year hiatus.
The Black and Whites have launched an attack for French superstar Alexandre Lacazette, who wears the jersey of French giant Lyon.
It has been claimed that the Eagle's Norwegian star Solskjaer is also insistent on the transfer of the star striker. It is alleged that the Eagle has taken the first steps in the transfer of the star striker, whose contract with the French team is set to expire.
FIRST TIME IN 24 YEARS
The 33-year-old striker, who has a current market value of 8 million euros, has recorded 17 goals and 3 assists in the 40 matches he has played this season. A total of 53 million euros in transfer fees has been paid for the star striker to date.
If Beşiktaş adds the French striker to its squad, it will be the first time since 2001, the year Pascal Nouma left the team, that it has added a French striker to its squad.
