Within the scope of new season squad planning at Beşiktaş, a tendency to keep Vaclav Cerny in the team has emerged. It was stated that head coach Vincenzo Italiano sees the experienced winger as one of the important options, especially for the right wing.
In line with this assessment, it is stated that the Black and Whites are not currently prioritizing a right-wing transfer. However, it was noted that if one of the players in the squad departs, the management could resume its search for a transfer for this position.
The technical staff's report on the defensive line will also be decisive for the squad structure. It has been learned that Tiago Djalo, who could not find the playing time he expected last season, is one of the names viewed positively by Italiano.
It was conveyed that the Portuguese center-back's physical attributes and playing style are appreciated by the technical staff, and that there is a desire for the player to remain in the squad next season. It was reported that Cerny and Djalo are expected to be included in the overseas training camp squad.
Final decisions at Beşiktaş are planned to be made after performances during the camp period and the final evaluations of the technical staff. During this process, both the status of the current squad and potential departures will be decisive in the transfer strategy.
