Cardiff City's decision on Erol Bulut

It has been reported that negotiations are set to begin regarding the renewal of the contract of Erol Bulut, who manages Cardiff City in the English Championship and whose current deal expires at the end of the season.

According to a report by the BBC, Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan has given the green light for contract talks to be held with Bulut. 

Cardiff officials are now expected to provide the Turkish manager with assurances regarding the club's future plans. The report stated that the negotiations are expected to conclude either positively or negatively this week. It was emphasized that discussions regarding planned transfers for the summer window are also expected to take place during the meeting.

Meanwhile, it is noted that Cardiff City Chairman Mehmet Dalman, who played a major role in bringing Erol Bulut to the club last season, is in favor of signing a new contract with the 49-year-old manager to ensure continuity and stability at the club.

The report also recalled that despite the heavy 4-1 defeat in the recent league match against Middlesbrough, Cardiff fans chanted slogans in support of their manager.
