Bayer Leverkusen's goals came from Victor Boniface in the 12th minute and Robert Andrich in the 27th minute. Augsburg's only goal was scored by Mert Kömür in the 62nd minute.
UNDEFEATED CHAMPION
With this victory, Bayer Leverkusen became the only team to win the Bundesliga title undefeated. The German side also extended its unbeaten streak across all competitions to 51 matches.
