Ziraat Bankkart won the Men's AXA Sigorta Champions Cup in volleyball by defeating Halkbank 3-1.
The match, played at the TVF Başkent Volleyball Hall, featured the capital's two representatives, Ziraat Bankkart and Halkbank, facing off against each other.
The red-and-white team, which emerged victorious 3-1 in the match between Ziraat Bankkart—the reigning AXA Sigorta Efeler League champion and holder of the Champions Cup—and Halkbank, the winner of the AXA Sigorta Cup Voley, secured the championship in the tournament for the second consecutive time.
At the ceremony held after the match, Ziraat Bankkart was presented with its trophy by Turkish Volleyball Federation President Mehmet Akif Üstündağ, AXA Sigorta CEO Yavuz Ölken, and Ziraat Bank General Manager Alpaslan Çakar.
Ziraat Bankkart had won the Champions Cup last year by defeating Arkas Spor 3-0.
