According to a report by the Tasnim News Agency, Shervin Tabrizi, head of the Tehran Emergency Center, stated, "A total of 32 people, including 3 women, were injured in the Persepolis-Tractor match played yesterday evening."
Authorities reported that 3 male fans, who were said to have been injured by stones during the incidents, were transferred to Shahid Fayyaz Bakhsh and Sardar Soleimani hospitals.

In the match played during the 17th week of the Persian Gulf Pro League, the team of İsmail Kartal, who was managing his first match as Persepolis head coach, managed to defeat the league leaders Tractor 2-0.
