Chelsea wins the UEFA Conference League championship trophy
In the UEFA Conference League final, Spanish side Real Betis and English representatives Chelsea faced off.
In the final played at the Wroclaw City Stadium in Wroclaw, Poland, Chelsea defeated Real Betis with a score of 4-1.
The goals that brought the championship to the 'Blues' were scored by Enzo Fernandez in the 65th minute, Nicolas Jackson in the 70th minute, Jadon Sancho in the 83rd minute, and Moises Caicedo in the 90+1st minute.
Real Betis's only goal in the match came from Abdessamad Ezzalzouli in the 9th minute.
Chelsea wrote its name into history as the first club to win championships in all UEFA competitions. (Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Conference League)
Thus, Chelsea achieved the success of winning a trophy for the first time after a break of approximately 3 years since 2022.
Chelsea became the second English team to reach the happy ending in the Conference League after West Ham United.
