Clubs Association Foundation President Ali Koç and club presidents visit Halil Umut Meler
Clubs Association Foundation President Ali Koç and several club presidents visited referee Halil Umut Meler, who was subjected to an attack, at his home in Selçuk.
Clubs Association Foundation President Ali Koç and his delegation arrived at referee Halil Umut Meler's home in the Pamucak Tourism Site in the morning hours.

Following the visit, which was closed to the press, Ali Koç made a statement to journalists.
Stating that referee Meler's morale is improving day by day, Koç said, "This visit is not for publicity. We came to visit, we wished our referee a 'get well soon,' and we met his family. We found our referee to be in good condition. He is getting better every day."

Regarding the question of whether referee Meler has decided to return to officiating matches, Koç said, "I think he will make the right decision when the time comes. It is not easy; only a few days have passed since the incident. The cure for this is time. I am sure he will make a sound decision at the right time."
