Cengiz Ünder, who joined Beşiktaş on loan from Fenerbahçe, drew the ire of Fenerbahçe fans with a confession he made during his first promotional shoot in the black-and-white jersey.
Süper Lig side Beşiktaş has made its second reinforcement to the right-wing position by signing Cengiz Ünder from its arch-rival Fenerbahçe. The black-and-whites had previously added Vaclav Cerny to this position.
The 28-year-old footballer will play for Beşiktaş on loan until the end of the season. The agreement also includes a 6 million Euro purchase option.
Beşiktaş announced the transfer of Cengiz Ünder with a special video shared on its social media account. During the shoot, the player was asked to pose with the "eagle claw" gesture.

Cengiz Ünder, who has a contract with Fenerbahçe until 2027, began wearing the yellow-navy jersey in the summer of 2023 for a transfer fee of 15 million Euros from Marseille. He scored 9 goals and provided 3 assists in the 43 official matches he played for Fenerbahçe.
