Darüşşafaka defeats Lenova Tenerife in Basketball Champions League
In the second week of the Basketball Champions League Group C, Darüşşafaka Lassa defeated Spanish side Lenova Tenerife 88-84 at home.
The visiting team started the match played at Volkswagen Arena well, finishing the first period with a 24-17 lead. Continuing their effective play in the second quarter, Tenerife extended the gap and went into the locker room with a 48-34 advantage.
Starting the second half very quickly, Darüşşafaka Lassa scored 30 points in the quarter while allowing their opponent only 15, managing to enter the final period with a 1-point lead: 64-63.
