Derby penalty for Beşiktaş

The Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) Disciplinary Board has issued a one-match ban on spectators for the Beşiktaş basketball club.

YAM MADAR'S EYEBROW WAS CUT
During the second period of the match played at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall, which Beşiktaş won 68-64, the game was stopped for a while after one of the foreign objects thrown onto the court hit Fenerbahçe player Yam Madar in the face. The yellow-and-navy athlete, whose eyebrow was cut, received treatment on the court for a while before continuing in the locker room.
Following the object hitting Madar, the referees had an announcement made to warn the stands. Fenerbahçe had announced after the incident that the player experienced partial vision loss.
