Diyarbakır post from Mauro Icardi! 'Little lions grow up'
In the Eğil district of Diyarbakır, the magic of football met street art. At the request of local children, murals of domestic and international football stars were painted on neighborhood walls. Galatasaray's Argentine star striker Mauro Icardi did not remain indifferent to the situation.
Galatasaray footballer Mauro Icardi shared a picture of himself painted on a street wall in the Eğil district of Diyarbakır on his social media account.
At the request of the children in the district, the Eğil Municipality had murals of Beşiktaş player Vincent Aboubakar, Fenerbahçe player Edin Dzeko, and Galatasaray player Mauro Icardi painted on the walls of a street in the Yenişehir neighborhood.
Fan photos taken in front of these murals spread quickly on social media.
Mauro Icardi shared a photo taken by the children in front of his mural on his own social media account with the caption, "Every child has a new chapter to be added to the history of our generations. Little lions grow up."
