Domestic move for Beşiktaş's goal: Offer made to Başakşehir for Doğan Alemdar
Having reached an agreement with Bayern Munich for the transfer of Alexander Nübel, Beşiktaş is moving forward with plans for Doğan Alemdar as a domestic alternative in goal.
Looking to strengthen its squad ahead of the UEFA Europa League qualifying round, Beşiktaş has taken a new step for its goalkeeper rotation. While it is stated that the Black and Whites have reached an agreement with Bayern Munich regarding the transfer of Alexander Nübel, it is reported that the management is also working on a domestic goalkeeper alternative.
According to a report by beIN SPORTS, Beşiktaş has submitted a transfer offer to the Istanbul club for Doğan Alemdar, who plays for Başakşehir. It was stated that the Black and White management wants to establish a domestic goalkeeper who can serve behind Nübel and is continuing negotiations for the 23-year-old player.
Beşiktaş had added Kassoum Ouattara and İlhan Fakılı to its squad during the summer transfer window. Looking to renew its planning in the goalkeeper line, the Black and Whites aim to clarify the alternatives in this position before their European campaign begins.
Doğan Alemdar transferred to Başakşehir from Rennes last season for a transfer fee of 1.2 million euros. The young goalkeeper has appeared in 3 matches wearing the Başakşehir jersey.
