Eden Hazard hangs up his boots
Belgian footballer Eden Hazard, whose contract was terminated by Real Madrid, has retired from football at the age of 32.
Eden Hazard, who made a name for himself during his time at Lille and Chelsea, transferred to Real Madrid in 2019 for 115 million euros. After suffering from injuries and struggling to find playing time at Real Madrid, Eden Hazard has ended his career.
Throughout his club career, Hazard played a total of 623 matches, scoring 167 goals and providing 157 assists, while also scoring 33 goals in 126 appearances for the Belgian National Team.
