According to a statement made on MKE Ankaragücü's social media account, Efkan Bekiroğlu has been injured.

"A Grade 2 strain and hemorrhage were detected in the MRI scan of our Professional Football A Team player Efkan Bekiroğlu following the Mondihome Kayserispor match, and his treatment has begun.

Efkan Bekiroğlu will not be in the squad for the Fenerbahçe match due to his injury."
