In the FIFA 2026 World Cup quarter-final match, Norway and England faced off at Hard Rock Stadium. Norway took a 1-0 lead in the 36th minute with a goal from Andreas Schjelderup in the match officiated by French referee Clement Turpin.

England responded to this goal with Jude Bellingham in the 45+2nd minute, and the first half ended in a 1-1 draw. As neither team could produce a result from their attacks in the second half, the match went to extra time.

Jude Bellingham stepped up once again in the 93rd minute, finding the back of the net to put England ahead 2-1. With no further goals in the remaining minutes, the English side secured their place in the semi-finals.

Thomas Tuchel's squad will face the winner of the Switzerland-Argentina match in the semi-finals.
