Beşiktaş reached the finish line for the 3rd time by defeating Galatasaray 5-0 in the Turkcell Super Cup. Speaking after the match, Erman Toroğlu made an interesting claim about the Galatasaray players.

Super Lig champion Galatasaray and Turkish Cup winner Beşiktaş faced off in the Super Cup final.

Beşiktaş won the derby played at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium with a lopsided score of 5-0. Beşiktaş, which last brought the Super Cup to its trophy cabinet in 2021, became champion again after 2 seasons.
