Europe's highest-paid managers revealed!
The list of the highest-paid managers in Europe has been announced. Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone takes the top spot, followed by the Argentine coach's peers Pep Guardiola and Jürgen Klopp.
French sports newspaper L'Equipe has published the list of the highest-paid managers in Europe.
DIEGO SIMEONE AT THE TOP
The first place on the published list went to Diego Simeone, who has been managing Atletico Madrid for 13 years. It was stated that Diego Simeone's annual salary is 32.4 million euros.
GUARDIOLA IN SECOND PLACE
The second spot on the list went to Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
It was noted that Pep Guardiola is the highest-paid manager in the Premier League, with an annual salary of 22.8 million euros.
KLOPP THIRD
Jürgen Klopp rounded out the top 3 on the list of the highest-paid managers in European football.
It was stated that the annual salary of Klopp, who will bid farewell to Liverpool at the end of the season, is 17.4 million euros.
