Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe have ranked in the top 10 among European sports clubs in terms of follower counts on the social media platform X.

In the follower count rankings, the top 10 includes teams from the five major European football leagues—the English Premier League, Spanish LaLiga, Italian Serie A, German Bundesliga, and French Ligue 1—alongside Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe.

Galatasaray ranks 8th among sports clubs with the most followers across Europe on the X platform, while Fenerbahçe occupies the 10th spot.

The top 10 European teams with the highest number of X followers consist of 5 English, 2 Turkish, 2 Spanish, and 1 French team.

The 10 European sports clubs with more than 12 million followers on X are, in order, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Galatasaray, PSG, and Fenerbahçe.

While there are 9 clubs among European sports teams that have surpassed 15 million followers on X, the only Turkish club among them is Galatasaray.

Galatasaray has 15.6 million followers on X, while Fenerbahçe has 13.2 million.

Considering a 3.5-year assessment on this platform, Galatasaray increased its follower count from 9.8 million to 15.6 million; Fenerbahçe from 8 million to 13.2 million; Beşiktaş from 4.5 million to 6 million; and Trabzonspor from 1.8 million to 2.1 million.
