Expulsion decision regarding former Beşiktaş president!
Former Beşiktaş Club president Hasan Arat has been temporarily expelled from club membership for one year during the general assembly meeting.
The Beşiktaş Ordinary Administrative and Financial General Assembly Meeting is being held at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall. During the meeting, the 1-year penalty given to former president Hasan Arat, who was referred to the disciplinary board, was put to a vote.

Following the disciplinary board's decision to suspend Hasan Arat from the club for 1 year, the board of directors submitted the decision to a vote at the congress. After the vote, Arat was temporarily expelled from membership for 1 year by a majority vote.
Arat, who gave a speech at the 1st ordinary advisory board meeting of Beşiktaş Club held on April 12, 2025, had a tense exchange with former advisory board president Tevfik Yamantürk while at the podium, and the meeting was canceled after the argument turned into a physical altercation.
