While rumors of an extraordinary election at the Turkish Football Federation have surfaced, the board of directors' meeting in Riva is being closely watched. The meeting, which began on Friday at 14:00, addressed the federation's current agenda items.

According to a report by A Spor, an extraordinary election is not on the TFF's agenda. It was conveyed that TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu informed his board that the elections will be held in accordance with the previously determined calendar.

Before the meeting, Hacıosmanoğlu also gave a brief response to resignation rumors in a statement to Tivibu Spor. The TFF President replied to the question directed at him by saying, "You know me, would I resign?"
