In the 34th week of the Süper Lig, Alanyaspor defeated İstanbulspor 6-0 at home. Following the match, Alanyaspor Manager Fatih Tekke made statements.
Alanyaspor Manager Fatih Tekke expressed his satisfaction with his team's performance, stating, "There is not much to say about the match. I congratulate my players. I wish İstanbulspor success. Many of them are players with whom we spent a lot of time. In fact, it is the team we built. Last year, we emerged from a very serious struggle with them and succeeded. They also have a lot of effort invested in us. I wish them success. I think Alanyaspor is perhaps the team in the country that has put İstanbulspor in such a difficult position. We demonstrated very correct set attacks and almost all the right things we practiced in training during this match as well," he said.
"THEY WERE THE PLAYERS WHO FORMED THE FOUNDATIONS OF ALANYASPOR"
Stating that they want to play the remaining matches with the same style of play, Tekke said, "At the point we have reached and in our current position, we go into every match with the goal of winning, and as of today, we have achieved that very big goal. They were the players who formed the foundations of Alanyaspor. That is why I congratulate the players. It was very valuable. We want to finish the league by continuing our same game, strength, and player performance in all our remaining matches," he stated.
