400 percent capital increase from Fenerbahçe
In a notification made by Fenerbahçe to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that the capital increase rate would be 400 percent.
The statement reported that it is planned to obtain a fund of 996 million 345 thousand liras after deducting the public offering expenses of 3 million 655 thousand liras from the 1 billion lira revenue to be obtained by increasing the capital of 250 million liras to 1 billion 250 million.
It was announced that 70 to 75 percent of the 996 million 345 thousand lira revenue to be obtained from the paid capital increase will be used for financial debts, and 25 to 30 percent will be used for tax debts.
